As a development and humanitarian leader, I have dedicated my career to building resilient organizations and empowering teams. From establishing nahr.org and growing it into a leading NGO in Yemen with a $40M portfolio, to leading Portal365 as CEO, where we provide SaaS solutions to over 4,000 donors and NGOs.
My expertise spans strategic planning, donor relations, and large-scale program implementation. I have successfully managed multi-sector portfolios including WASH, Health, Protection, and Education, supporting millions of beneficiaries in crisis zones.

Chief Executive Officer
Leading a SaaS platform for NGO management, used by 4,000+ donors and NGOs. Raised Pre-seeds/Seeds investment and supported 100+ NGOs in fundraising.
Country Director
Raised funding from two additional donors within six months. Implemented projects in education, child protection, and food security.
Executive Director
Built the organization from 0 to 380 staff, raising USD 40 million in 5 years. Oversaw multi-sector programs including food security, health, and WASH.
Governance Programme Manager
Managed governance projects with USD 3 million budget, supporting 6 NGO networks. Coordinated humanitarian reporting and program implementation.
National Technical Officer
Supported the Health Cluster during Yemen Humanitarian Response Plan 2012. Coordinated emergency response in northern governorates.
